Class will take place at 12:30pm at Seeking Solace Yoga Studio located at 9200 Glenwood St. Suite #100 Overland Park, Kansas. (Perfect to sneak in on your lunch break! )

This will be a “peak pose class”, meaning all of the poses in the yoga sequence are focused towards preparing you for a particular pose, usually the most challenging of the class - then, that pose becomes the Peak Pose. This is Gabby’s favorite style of class because you always walk away learning and trying something new! 

Yoga is for YOU! Move at your own pace, listen to your body and do what feels good.
